The company VZnet Netzwerke Limited was founded in October 2005 as studiVZ Limited and operates the largest German online social network on the Internet. Its three platforms studiVZ, schülerVZ and meinVZ together have more than 17 million members. They make VZ one of the most viewed websites in Germany. On its three platforms, users can create personal profiles, share pictures, send messages, join discussions in topical groups, play games in third-party applications and interact with existing and new friends in many ways.
VZ employs ca. 300 staff members at its headquarters in Berlin.
